Natural Stone Pavers
These paving stones are cut from real rock. This means that the texture and color will be determined by Mother Nature. Similar to how natural granite slabs look different from slab to slab, natural stone pavers won’t have a continuous color or pattern simply because nature doesn’t work that way.
These pavers are the product of minerals that have been forming for thousands, if not millions, of years. They are extremely durable since they have withstood the test of time and the elements found in nature.
You can purchase natural stone pavers with similar color tones and textures. They just won’t be completely uniform.
Concrete pavers are man made, manufactured in a variety of colors, textures, shapes and sizes. They can be customized based on your preference and produced to be completely uniform.
Concrete pavers are more versatile and allow for creating unique patterns by using multiple colors or sizes. These can be less expensive than natural stone pavers since they are produced through a manufacturing process. They also have a very good durability and are much easier to replace if damaged than a typical concrete driveway or walkway.
Both natural stone pavers and concrete pavers are durable and earthquake resistant. Since they can be replaced one at a time, they are a better long-term solution than laying solid concrete slabs.
They are easy to clean and using a paver sealer will help them look new longer. You can compare prices online and save money by looking for specials on pavers.
